Job Scope:

  • Develop content strategies based on XHS algorithms, focusing on organic engagement rather than direct selling.
  • Create content with a “sharing good finds” mindset to build authenticity and trust.
  • Be confident and expressive in front of the camera, as on-screen presence is required.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong creativity with the ability to continuously generate fresh and unique content ideas.
  • Basic proficiency in video editing, copywriting, and design.
  • Skilled in crafting and presenting content effectively in written Chinese to enhance engagement and storytelling.

| Graphic Designer (Part Time / Internship) 

Job Scope:

  • Develop unique and creative graphic designs that align with the brand’s identity while pushing boundaries beyond typical Canva-style designs.
  • Brainstorm, discuss, and refine ideas before execution to create standout visuals.
  • Handle all graphic-related content for social media, promotional ads, and other design needs.

Job Requirements:

  • Passion for styling and street culture is essential.
  • Strong creativity with the ability to continuously generate fresh and unique content ideas.
  • Exceptional design skills with attention to detail and aesthetics.
